Instructions for presenters

  • Please send us your presentation electronically (eurocim2019(at) by Monday 25th March 10am; this should be a pdf or power-point file. It will not be possible to use your own computer/laptop for the presentation.
  • Your presentation should be 15-17 minutes; we have a tight schedule so it is absolutely essential that you strictly keep to the time table.
  • Please check the final programme nearer to the date to make sure you know your session and time slot.
  • The screen size will be optimised for 16:9 presentations (but of course 4:3 is possible as well!).
  • Please arrive at your session 5 minutes in advance and make yourself known to your session chair.

Instructions for poster presenters

  • The size of the poster boards is A0 (118.9cm x 84.1cm), portrait layout.
  • The poster sessions take place in the foyer of the building GW2 near the registration desk; they are Wed at 5:10-7pm and Thu at 2:30-3:50pm.
  • Please check your poster number according to the programme and be sure to hang your poster at the correct location; please do so during one of the breaks before Wednesday 27th March 5pm (pins will be provided).
  • To ensure that interested readers can talk to you, but that you can also read other posters we suggest the following: if your poster has an odd number, stand with your poster during the first half of the poster sessions on Wednesday and Thursday; if your poster has an even number, stand with your poster during the second half of the two poster sessions.
  • Please remove your poster by the end of Thursday 28th March (6pm), otherwise we will remove and discard it.
